Delivery Information

Delivering your books

UK includes England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales as well as BFPO addresses.
For Republic of Ireland-see rates for Western Europe.

Delivery

Items delivered within the UK are by Standard Weekday Royal Mail / Parcelforce or by our Courier Services next weekday by 12 noon, and signed for.
Items delivered within Western Europe are by Royal Mail Airmail services within three working days once the item is available.
How long will it take to arrive.
This is based on your order selection and availability. We suggest that where you have ordered more than one item and following item/s is not available –we will ship available item immediately to arrive within 3-5 days, or next day if you option the next weekday courier service. We advise you to re-order your item, if we think that an item may take a long time to arrive at our warehouse, or is no longer available.
We will inform you of estimated dispatch delivery dates on your order confirmation email or order summary check-out basket.

Royal Mail

Recorded Signed For items need to be collected within seven days, and Special Delivery mail within three weeks, otherwise Royal Mail will return them to the sender.

Parcel Force

Two attempts are made for delivery and if unsuccessful, parcels are kept for 16 days before returning to sender.

Courier Services

Two attempts are made for your package, and kept at their depot for two more days for your collection, and then returned to us if not collected by you.

Europe

All packages up to 2kg will be shipped by Royal Mail International Signed for by default for a speedy and secure arrival.
Packages over 2kg will be shipped by Courier Services (Monday to Friday) by default at an additional cost.
Note: To view the delivery charge before processing an order simply add the item(s) to the basket and click on the "Calculate Total" button in the short basket and select the delivery country.

Returns Policy

Our Books/ Audiobooks are sent out firsthand published, where every effort is made to ensure a perfect edition. However, where a damaged item is received, customers should contact customer services by email within 3 days of receipt and return in the original packaging for a replacement. Returns should be made within the first 28 days.
Where a Book/Audiobook is not replaceable, we will offer a refund.
Refunds to valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.
Refunds may only be offered if the item purchased is unused, and in it’s original.
A small administration charge will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us.
