All items shown on our website and supplied are sourced from major and independent publishers.
A small number of items may be unavailable when you order.
This unavailability may be due to the item going out of stock, or no longer available for various reasons such as out of print, delay in printing, or re-printing etc.

Ordering on-line is our preferred method of supply, it is easy, safe, and fast. If you need to confirm anything when ordering, please use info@oneworldbooks.co.uk to contact us.

Where it may be easier to order by mail, please print out the order – form and mail to at the Contact Us
There is an additional charge of £2.50 for this service.
You will need to pre-pay for your order in this case. Include your card details on the reverse of cheques. Do not send cash in the post.

Method of Shipping

All items are shipped by Courier or Royal Mail, using standard domestic methods, or air to Europe.
This helps us keep your shipping charges low. Shipping and handling charges and the time it takes to deliver the shipment include processing and delivery times.
Items shipped by Courier are next day. Premium rates apply when you need an urgent delivery.

Out of stock items are shipped when they become available. Please allow ten business days. All products in stock are shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you have not received your shipment within our expected delivery time, please check your postal/courier information then contact us. You may wish to select an alternative shipping address where you are secure about safe receipt of your items.
We are not liable for courier delay, or act of God.

All sales are guaranteed. If you receive a damaged or badly printed book simply return the book in it’s original condition within 3 days of receipt, and we will credit your account for the full amount of your return. Authorisation is first required before any returns, sent by info@oneworldbooks.co.uk stating the reasons and a return confirmation number will be issued for the return.

How to find a book

The best way to locate and purchase a book on One World Books website is using the search box located upper left hand side of the page.
Simply type in the Author, Title, or ISBN of the book and hit search. If you don’t find the book you would like, simply email us from info@oneworldbooks.co.uk
We will be bringing you hundreds of your books in the longer-term. In the meantime we hope you will keep visiting us and to buy at least one book each and every year.
